Old Memorial is a featured project consisting of 92 single family homes. All the homes are valued over home $1M. The principals of RedElk Land Co. were involved in the reconfiguring of entitlements from the originally planned 51 lots, marketing, negotiation and transaction. The seller was a private real estate developer. The buyers were two national homebuilders (one private and another public traded) who purchased developed lots in stages.
