BILL SHORT, PRESIDENT
Bill Short ALC, CCIM grew up on a farm in Kansas, the Wheat Capital of the World, nurturing an appreciation of land at an early age. “The most exciting part of farming was not the operation itself, but the intricate details of land transactions.” His father and grandfather instilled the importance of hard work and dedication, making it a point to explain the strategy and process in every land decision. Utilizing those core principals, Bill has sold more than $200 million during his career while also using his flying abilities to expand his market in a truly unique way.
Bill is just as passionate about the sky as he is land. With over 1,200 hours of flight time and an active Certified Flight Instructor, he has taught students anywhere from eight to seventy years old! Many of his best business relationships have been born through aviation.
Bill graduated the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration and later attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He has several accreditations including his Accredited Land Consultant designation and Certified Commercial Investment Member. He enjoys hunting, fishing, backpacking, bluegrass, flying and spending time with his family. Bill lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, Elizabeth, son Charlie, and daughter Mary Love.
