The Village at Park Place is a featured project consisting of 108 Townhomes as part of the big box mall redevelopment. The project presented a unique set of challenges; zoning amendment, access, stormwater and cross development rights to existing infrastructure to name a few. The principals of RedElk Land Co. were involved in the marketing, transaction and entitlement process. The seller was a major financial institution. The buyer was a national homebuilder who self developed the project.
